Red Bull Racing
Red Bull is the most popular energy drink in the world and an enthusiastic supporter of extreme sports. Activities as diverse as snowboarding, motocross racing and skydiving from the edge of space carry the Red Bull logo, and the company owns several football teams as well as the Red Bull Racing Formula 1 team.
David spent his last four seasons as an F1 driver with Red Bull Racing, and for him it was like coming home. Many of the engineers, mechanics and factory personnel remained from the team's early days as Paul Stewart Racing, with whom he raced in Formula 3 and Formula 3000, winning the Macau Grand Prix in 1991.
David remains an ambassador for the Red Bull brand and its associated charity, Wings For Life. He's been privileged to meet and work with Red Bull's extraordinary roster of extreme sports stars and spread the F1 message in new territories; in 2009 he became the first person to drive a Formula 1 car in India when he demonstrated a Red Bull car on the recently opened Bandra-Worli Sea Link.
